Hi Hugh/Arjan,
I tried using the "AcctFailedLogFileName" feature in the <Handler
Request-Type = Accounting-Request> clause, but it gives me this error:
ERR: Unknown keyword 'AcctFailedLogFileName' in rad.cfg line 389
However, I did try to use 'ContinueWhileIgnore' policy and this works
when the SQL server is down:
<Handler Request-Type = Accounting-Request>
# AuthByPolicy ContinueWhileReject
AuthByPolicy ContinueWhileIgnore
AuthBy SQL
<AuthBy FILE>
Filename %D/detail.%y%m%d
</AuthBy>
# AcctFailedLogFileName %D/detail.%y%m%d
</Handler>
Thank you Arjan!
Best regards,
Janet
