This is very easy to do with Handlers:

# configure AuthBy RADIUS

<AuthBy RADIUS>

        Identifier ForwardToProxy

        .....

</AuthBy>

# configure Handlers with Called-Station-Id

<Handler Called-Station-Id = nnnnnnn>

        AuthBy ForwardToProxy

</Handler>

.....
