This depends somewhat on the rest of your configuration file, but
basically you create an AuthBy SQL clause and use Handlers. This has
been discussed on the list many times and I have provided many
examples:

Either run Radiator as a different user, or use directories that
create files as the owner of the directories (this depends on what
platform you are running on).
