Our MSI team will develop Billing System to coordinate with Radiator and RAdmin, and now they have a problem about "Valid from" and "Valid to" field in RADUSER Table at SQL Server casue these field type are int (not date time) .So what algorithm ,which function, which script file that use to convert these int value to be date time value (like show at Radmin Edit User Window) .
