(RADIATOR) Online database empty?

Hi

Maybe I have misunderstood something?
Since the use af AuthSQL demanded that I created a databasetable called RADONLINE I 
thought that this script kept this table updated!
Can it be that I have configureted the system to 'AccountingStopsOnly' ?
If I have to specifie SQL statements for creating and deleting records in the 
RADONLINE table, does anyone have an example, since I can't find any in the 'goodies'
