On a Linux machine, I've observed that when running at trace level 4,
giving the 'perl radiusd' process a HUP signal causes the main logfile
/var/log/radius/logfile to stall. Only killing and restarting radiusd
makes it continue again. Anyone else seen this? How can I get
radiusd to tell me why the log file is not being appended to?
