Yes, you can do something like this:

# define AuthBy clauses

<AuthBy NT>
        Identifier CheckNT
        .....
</AuthBy>

<AuthBy NT>
        Identifier CheckNTBackup
        .....
</AuthBy>

# define Realms or Handlers

<Realm ...>
        AuthByPolicy ContinueUntilAccept
        AuthBy CheckNT
        AuthBy CheckNTBackup
        .....
</Realm>
