Hello Dan -
I prefer the Handler form as it tends to be easier to read and understand the resulting configuration file. Strictly speaking, Realms are more efficient, but Radiator almost always tends to be waiting for a database or something so it isn't an issue. FYI - one of our large customers is using Handlers and an SQL database and he has tested his current setup to over 1200 requests per second. regards Hugh On Thu, 14 Mar 2002 10:10, Dan Melomedman wrote: > Hugh Irvine writes: > > Hello Dan - > > > > You can either do what you describe (probably with a single global > > RewriteUsername), or you can use Handlers with regular expressions. > > > > Ie. > > > > <Handler Realm = /....../> > > Which is more efficient rewrite and <Realm>, or <Handler Realm>?
