Hello Riza -

I would strongly encourage you to use hooks rather than change the Radiator source code.

And Radiator is written in Perl in any case, which is compiled at run time.

You can either do the "perl Makefile.PL; make; make test; make install" or you can run radiusd directly from the distribution directory and it will look in the local directories first.
