(RADIATOR) Max Simultaneous Logins

There is a problem with Max Simultaneous Logins and I just want to remove the tracking for certain users all together because of their specific groupings having problems.  Can anyone tell me how to stop tracking either by user, or entirely for the whole customer base?    Thank you.   Sincerely,   -Andrew M.
