You should set up the Identifiers in your Client clauses appropriately, then use something like this:

# define AuthBy clauses
<AuthBy ....>
Identifier CheckUser

</AuthBy>

# define Handlers

</Handler>
<Handler Client-Identifier = Comindico-SomethingElse>
AuthBy CheckUser
....
</Handler>
