Thanks for sending the files.

The logfile you sent does not show any "live" requests, but if you are not seeing any accounting data I would supsect that the NAS is not sending any accounting requests. Could you check a trace 4 debug to confirm?

NB: have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets), together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
