An AddToReply in a Realm or Handler will add the attributes to all replies including access rejects.
<Realm ....>
<AuthBy ...>
....
</AuthBy>
AddToReply .....
</Realm>However a PostAuthHook will give you complete control over what is included in the reply.
There are some example hooks in the file "goodies/hooks.txt".
