(RADIATOR) email script

Does anyone know how to write a script that will create an email account 
or multiple email accounts on a Rag550? We are using Radiator and 
Platypus and everything works great but we can't figure out how to 
create the email account on the Raq550 servers. Can Radiator do it from 
a script of some kind. The Raq550s are running Red Hat Linux.
