(RADIATOR) Configuring proxy retries timeout

My Radiator is configured to send all unkown requests to another server. The problem 
is that the PROXY-RADIUS is taking more time to respond than the Radiator retry 
timeout.
 
How to configure proxy retransmissions timeouts?
