Hi Kevin -

I'll need to see a copy of the Radiator configuration file (no secrets) together with a trace 4 debug from Radiator showing what is happening.

regards

Hugh

Heya,

I have a client who's just installed a new Cisco 5300 (their first access point), and Radiator is getting auth queries, responding with access-allowed, and the cisco is logging "un-sane packets" and marking the radiator server as dead. The shared secret is the same across both radiator and the access point.

Anyone have any pointers on where to look for a likely culprit?

NB: have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets), together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
