There is not much available from Tacacs+ at authentication time, but you do 
get:

User-Name
User-Password
Calling-Station-Id (sent as rem_addr by TACACS+)
NAS-Port-Id (sent as port by TACACS+)
Service-Type (sent as service by TACACS+)
