Yes, this is possible.
We're currently doing this by appending a domain on the username... so for instance:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
and
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
I'm not sure how you would do it otherwise, but maybe others can shed more light.
You may want to look at the proxy configuration samples in the goodies directory.
