Hello Richard -
You will need to write a hook to parse the attributes.
This has been discussed previously on the mailing list.

Hello!
Does anybody know how to retrieve the values for an attribute that appears
multiple times in the same accounting packet. In this case we have a Cisco
NAS sending multiple "cisco-avpair" vendor attributes with information that
we want to collect.

NB: have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets), together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
