In the Radiator configuration file you should add something like this to the AuthBy clause that is doing the authentication:
<AuthBy ...>
.....
AddToReply Session-Timeout = 36000
</AuthBy>You will need to restart Radiator so that the configuration file is re-read.

NB: have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets), together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
