Ciao Rosario -
Come va?
The answer to your question depends on what else you are doing in your configuration file.
Yes you will need to use an AuthBy RADIUS clause, but it will need to be in a Realm or Handler clause.
Something like this:
<Handler User-Name = /^IPASS/>
....
<AuthBy RADIUS>
.....
</AuthBy>
.....
</Handler>regards

So we have to forward all auth request by ipass' customersto their net server. I know that we have to use AuthBy RADIUS but I am not sur how to handle the prefix and thenchouse the right clause.

Our customers havethe username without any realm. So we authenticate them by realm defoult.

NB: have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets), together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
