Hi,
If this was a problem related to the client running out of ID REQUEST
where can I look on the logs for a warning or something alerting that
this is happening?
And what are the recommendations to solve this kind of problem?

After a while more users starts to have the same problem. The worst
scenario happens when all users have “No reply after z second and y
retransmissions”.
Sometimes the service recovers on two or three minutes.
Does anyone had similar problems on the past?
