Title: If you don't read the newspaper you are uninformed, if you do read the newspaper you are misinformed
I don't see it undercutting anything. but that's OK. 95 % of blacks voted for Barack Obama. The NAACP and Charles Sherrod (Shirley's husband) think that any black voting with the majority of whites is an Uncle Tom.* (Below link for video.) A large percentage of whites also voted for Barack Obama, something near 40 percent I believe. 5 % of the blacks in the US voted for McCain and 60 % of whites did the same (at least I've seen those figures bandied about), So WHERE is most of the racism?

Whites?? I don't think so.

This has been the elephant in the room down south for DECADES. White's giving a minority candidate only 20-30 % of the vote is RACIST, but blacks giving a white candidate only 5 % of the vote is no big deal. If whites only gave a black candidate 5 % of the vote, the media would suspect KKK involvement. Can we say "double standard?"

YES WE CAN.

I seem to remember the Obama campaign calling Bill "Anti-Christ" Clinton a racist, which is utter BS (he's several things, really, but that ain't one of them). I don't remember ANY "constructive tone." It's the same then as it is now: Disagree with the Obama regime = RRRAAAAAACCCIISTTT!!!! That has been the common refrain since the inauguration. Because it is just IMPOSSIBLE to disagree with his policies, right??

Welcome to the United Socialist States of America.

Perhaps grudgingly. The NAACP deserves nothing but brickbats. They had the full video all along and did nothing to air it until after her firing. About 24 hours or more after.

I don't blame Breitbart for running with what he had. His point, according to his post, was to highlight the racism in the NAACP. They helped him beyond his wildest dreams. Even Jon Stewart has said that Andrew Breitbart is the most honest person in the whole mess.

Fine, but I think it undercuts your argument that the Obama the administration has an entirely one-side view of racism.

It would  however support an argument that they have a very shallow and reactionary attitude towards any perception of racism. :-)

Which is somewhat tragic, given the relatively constructive tone of Obama's campaign discussion of race. :-(

Hi David,

Frankly, I think that the race card has been way overplayed by this administration and the Propaganda Ministry of the Democratic Party (the MFM). To the point where I think that "racist" is a code word for someone who disagrees with a Democrat. Either that, or they are talking about a Democrat.

David

That seems to be overstating the case.  After all, they deserve some credit for pathetically overreacting to Sherrod's apparent "reverse racism", even if everyone tried (falsely) to blame Fox for it. Right?
