Not sure what any of us might do with this concept. As it is , the WPost feature of this title is tepid and just about meaningless. But the idea has real potential. I don't think it would be wise to delve into private issues which are charged with emotions, but there ought to be a class of honest-to-God real mistakes that might be discussed for "lessons learned."
