I once did a study about the usefulness of customer complaints.
The result, almost all studies , is that they are first rate sources
of feedback. Almost always there are attitude issues, but get past
those and complaints are mostly pure gold.
 
After all, you find out exactly what is wrong, free of charge.
 
Google has a feedback feature but all replies allowed assume
you will like the new system and want to recommend it ! ! !
 
No place at all for complaints.
 
What is the ignorance-of-basics quotient at Google these  days ?
Seems like it is well up in the 90 % range.
