Thanks to Google Alerts, not you have a new way to "feed your head". Maybe Google should get Gracie to sing an ad for them. It seems that I am interested in the career of Swastika Mukherjee, the Bollywood ( actually Tollywood ) actress from Calcutta. It is not that easy to locate current information about her without a considerable investment of time. Enter Google Alert. All you need to do is sign up. And Google will search for anything that pops up anywhere for any actress ( or anyone at all ) and will let you know what is happening in her ( or his ) life. Now, every time Swastika Mukherjee comments about the need for a better environment or sings a new song for a movie or visits her parents I learn about it ( almost ) in real time. Not bad. Maybe I should add to my Google Alert requests. Hmmm. Wonder what Grace Slick is up to these days ?
