Thanks, Ernie. Reading Mark Satin's "principles" really registered. He showed the most positive side of RC thinking anyone could ask for, at least generally speaking. As I said, there are a couple of his points that struck me as wrong, and I was anything but happy with his repeated citations of Mayor Bloomberg, who I do not like at all, but what Mark was doing overall was so obviously good and worthwhile that I wanted to do something similar for RC.org. Also in a few places what I did ( now the secret can be told ) was to "translate" the poetry of your manifesto into prose. Translator's license, to be sure, not the words you might choose in changing Italian into English, but synonyms, anyway. Suggestions are welcome, as are criticisms. Very nice. I've posted it on the website. I have some minor quibbles, but mostly about the relative "strength" of various assertions, but overall I am in violent agreement. -- Ernie P. -- Centroids: The Center of the Radical Centrist Community <[email protected]> Google Group: _http://groups.google.com/group/RadicalCentrism_ (http://groups.google.com/group/RadicalCentrism) Radical Centrism website and blog: _http://RadicalCentrism.org_ (http://radicalcentrism.org/) -- Centroids: The Center of the Radical Centrist Community <[email protected]> Google Group: http://groups.google.com/group/RadicalCentrism Radical Centrism website and blog: http://RadicalCentrism.org
