The map is counter-intuitive. A mix of Left Coast &  Illinois-Indiana,
with swaths of the South and parts of the East Coast.
 
No idea what to make of it.
 
Will say, however, that there are several ways to define "moderate"
and some are close to RC, some not so much.
 
Maybe if there was a 3rd party it would pick up states in a 
crazy quilt pattern.
 
Looks like Oregon and Montana would be sure bets.
We would get Kansas, Florida, Delaware, Nevada, Alaska,
Michigan, Virginia, Hawaii, Maine and Massachusetts
with a shot at California, Arizona, Louisiana, even NY , etc
Hmmm. Just might do it.
