Mike : Terrific observation. Yeah, this is an important difference. Thank Ernie --our very own professional physicist-- for this. But the rest of us are also pro-science : In the sense you pointed out. Thanks Billy ------------------------------------------------------------- 10/28/2011 9:14:21 A.M. This reminds me of Alex Berezow's recent article that took both Ds and Rs to task for holding anti-science positions, and further attacked Ds for spreading the false claim that they're the pro-science party: http://www.usatoday.com/news/opinion/forum/story/2011-09-20/gop-democrats-sc ience-evolution-vaccine/50482856/1 I think there may be a post somewhere here that referenced it, but I don't remember. Science is a huge point that differentiates a centrist for our traditional left-right ideologues in America. Leftists and rightists use the odd method of cherry-picking facts to support their arguments, which is honestly barely different than writing out a paper by typing whatever odd thought comes to mind at that moment, and then trolling the internet looking for sources that validate that drivel. It's a ludicrously backward way of operating, and rarely leads to the correct answer. -- Centroids: The Center of the Radical Centrist Community <[email protected]> Google Group: http://groups.google.com/group/RadicalCentrism Radical Centrism website and blog: http://RadicalCentrism.org -- Centroids: The Center of the Radical Centrist Community <[email protected]> Google Group: http://groups.google.com/group/RadicalCentrism Radical Centrism website and blog: http://RadicalCentrism.org
