This is used on the national flag.
 
But I'm not too sure what Comte actually intended. He was a secretary /  
student
of Saint-Simon. There was a Comtean utopian community on Long Island
in the 19th century. At the town of Brentwood. 
 
How do you interpret Comte's slogan ?
