Hello Ash:

Exciting stuff. It is good to see so many out of the box proposals and
movements out there that are attempting to create a better country. My sense
is that within all of this debate there is a new governing consensus emerging.
Your site does seem to capture the emerging middle. I have a friend that is
doing some similar things but has three core issues:

http://www.rebuilddemocracy.org/americanowl

If you want to attract Tea Party activists (not Teavangelicals) you might want
to use more robust language with respect to government. Reforming and making
government smarter and more efficient do not go far enough. Limiting,
shrinking, reducing, cutting are words that appeal to that group.

We are trying to stimulate a movement as well. We see our mission as idea
generating and synthesizing and taking those ideas to action.

  Hello Centroids:

Although I've been a member of the group for a couple of months now, this is
my first post. In July, I launched an effort to form the California Moderate
Party. Our goal is to qualify in 2014 and as I look to to a re-launch this
coming January, I'd love to incorporate your feedback.

If you have a few minutes, please head over to http://CAMod.org and take a
look around the site. Then, either reply to this message or email me directly
([email protected]) with your honest comments about:
    a.. What do you like?
b.. What do you not like?
    c.. What's missing?
    d.. What would you change?
I think it's a safe bet to assume that, no matter where you live, you're
interested in helping this nascent movement of radical centrism reach critical
mass. To be sure, we all seem to be at a point when - with efforts such as
Americans Elect, No Labels, Ruck.us and Uniters.org emerging - we can start to
glean from the lessons of past successes and failures. As political
innovators, it's immensely valuable to keep improving our message, strategy,
and tactics. The current experimentation that's happening is priceless in
terms of strengthening the viability of our movement. I do realize that not
all members of this group are interested in starting a movement so much as
pursuing an intellectual hobby; your constructive feedback would be helpful,
nonetheless.

  Thanks in advance!
