For me, the PDF is sufficient. Then I can play with it and get it to Word 2011 on my MacBook Pro (if I was so inclined).

No download yet. There's a lot of pages. Would a single-page version in HTML be of interest, or just the resulting PDF?

A Radical Centrist Vision for the Future

100 New Constitutional Amendments

Here is the link :

If the link does not work it is easy enough to access the project.
Simply type-in :
Radical Centrism.org
onto Google or other search service. The project should come up right away
at this time. Days or weeks from now it may be necessary to scroll for it,
but in any case it is simple enough to find the material, which is book length.

The project was designed to be read in any order, although it would be a
really good idea to read the Introduction first since it explains the project's
objectives and various other pertinent matters. I tried to make it interesting.

Feel free to make comments about any of the suggested Amendments,
or offer criticisms. It would be a miracle on the order of Moses' parting the Read Sea
if anyone in the group agreed with all of the ideas for new Amendments, but also
highly unlikely that anyone here would disagree with all that many.  I borrowed freely
from comments made in discussions about Amendments that we had during the Summer
just passed, and various people will recognize some of their ideas as part of the overall
mix, especially David Block, who is specifically credited, at length, in the Introduction.

But the general idea was to propose Amendments which grow naturally out of
Radical Centrist philosophy, out of concepts we have discussed at various times
in the course of the past seven years since RC.org came into existence.

Heartfelt thanks to Ernie for all the effort he made in formatting the project
for the website. He did excellent work and my appreciation is profound.

Now it is for the group to make the most of the Amendments project in any ways
that seem advisable. Feel free to borrow ideas for your own purposes, that was
one of the intentions in creating the project in the first place.

This has been a learning experience like nothing else. My respect for
James Madison could not be greater after all of the research that went into
the project, most of it leading directly to Madison, one way or the other.
The Constitution now means more to me that I could ever have
imagined in the past.  Hopefully the proposed Amendments
will eventually have the effect of making the kind of use
of  Article V that Madison once envisioned.
