The housing bust is more effect than cause. The bigger problem is that the real 
economy isn't creating jobs. One theory is that small business can't hire 
because and people can't spend because of massive health care inflation. If we 
fix that, businesses and consumers could both spend and investor more. 

Not the whole story, perhaps, but it could be a large chunk. Whether Obamacare 
addressed that portion remains to be seen (or perhaps not).
