Ernie :
I wonder about two things--

( 1 ) can revivalism be reborn in new form ?
( 2 ) will revivalism become a factor in the "third world" ?

Reason for # 2 is that this seems to be happening in some scattered
locations
and, for all anyone can say, might spread more widely. Should revivalism
become a factor overseas it could "re-revivalize" America

About # 1, who says that revivals of the future need to emulate the
patterns
of the past ? This is a media age. And it is a computer age. Might be a
new kind of revivalism down the road, with a different agenda.

I agree with this 100%. It is pretty much the dominant theme of all my
conversations with other Christian leaders, inside and outside my church.
