Actually, I approve of the idea of saving our best invective for our own: self-criticism and generosity to others is actually a winning strategy. The real tragedy is that Obama doesn't actually do that. He trash tracks his domestic enemies, sucks up to foreign enemies, and condescends to his domestic allies.
