Um, excuse me?

As I recall:

- we DID successfully spend a portion of the budget on computer upgrades

- the project died because we never found a system you were comfortable editing 
data on, AND Mike had to abandon the project due to personal issues. 

In MY memory, I was the only one who was able to follow thru on my part of the 
bargain. 

What am I forgetting?

Or should we take this offline?
