Hi Mad Crusader,

I like your choice of topics and your concise summary of your positions. Each
of the topics could be the source of deep discussion.

One we haven’t talked about on this list, at least that I recall, is world
government. I am wondering what you mean by this. A single world government
with the entire world voting on a president, etc.? Or more of an enhanced
League of Nations/United Nations? Obviously, any world government would take a
LONG time to establish.

For what it is worth, I come from a background of libertarian thinking. My
idealistic notion is that less government is better than more. I do recognize,
however, that there are many necessary governmental roles.

And I agree with Ernie… don’t worry about grammar. I guarantee you that I
would do much worse with your native language than your clearly-adept use of
English.

Alright so I really like the idea of radical centrism. But the problem is we
are never going to get anyone with real power out of this movement if there is
not a clear set of polices. So I wanted to see what you thought over some
issues. I will also give my beliefs to see where I am coming from.

Legislated Equality, (things like affirmative action)
- I find this very illiberal and meritocratic.

Assimilation of Cultures
- Though I do not want radical action in this regard I think cultural hegemony
is a good thing.

The Welfare State
- I believe the state should care for them who can not and only them. But,
education should be the biggest answer to the problem not welfare.

Free Trade Vs Protectionism
- Moderate stance on this issue.

Migrant Crisis
- Only take in a moderate amount of immigrants, preference to high skilled.
Those who stay must be assimilated.

One World Government
- I think this will be necessary in the future.

The Fiscal Sector
- Free market, but strong oversight and regulations.

Democracy
- It is the best we have, but has many problems.

Military (American Military)
- Too big needs to be re-purposed

Thoughts on French elections
- Establishment is not listening to people Le Pen FTW, though in a lot of way I
do not like her.

Sorry if any Grammar is bad English is my second language.
