There is a new book out, about the character Charlie Chan, a Chinese-American
detective who featured in a serious of movies from the WWII era. BTW, Chan was a real person, a detective who lived in Hawaii. In that era polygraphs were being introduced to police work. Chan was asked what he thought of these lie detectors.. "They are OK with me," he said. "In fact I have a lie detector at home." "You do?" he was asked. "Yes, my wife, and she is quite good at it." Just maybe you know what Chan was referring to. -- -- Centroids: The Center of the Radical Centrist Community <[email protected]> Google Group: http://groups.google.com/group/RadicalCentrism Radical Centrism website and blog: http://RadicalCentrism.org --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Centroids: The Center of the Radical Centrist Community" group.
