I believe the building is owned by Columbia.

Looks like this is related to CUARC but isn't in campus. What
gives?
Yes, it's a Columbia building and yes it is related to CUARC.
And yes, that building is part of Columbia. The VE sessions are
run by Alan Crosswell, N2YGK, a long time Columbia University
staff member.

(Exam sessions used to be on the main campus until Alan's office
got moved from the main campus to the Studebaker building.
When you get off the subway you walk past a number of blocks of
construction that include new Columbia buildings going up.)
Weird, that didn't show up when I did a zipcode search. Hrm.
The CUARC-VE sessions are usually the 3rd Monday of the month
and are entered in the ARRL database at the beginning of
every year. The ARRL search page leaves a bit to be desired.
If you meant the KC2RA sessions aren't in the ARRL database,
that's because they use a different volunteer examiner
coordinator, (VEC). The ARRL is only one of 12-15 VECs
that are authorized by the FCC. FYI, The $15 fee for ARRL VE
sessions goes straight to the ARRL.
Hope this helps,
