You could, especially because the headphone jack is stereo (unlike the Radio's built-in speaker, which is mono). For best audio quality it's generally better to use a line level output into an external amp instead of a headphone jack, so that's a compromise you'd have to make. Personally I could see doing that as an occasional thing, but if you want something to be connected to the T-amp most of the time I would go for any of the SB players *except* the Boom and the Radio.
