This really sucks. I believe Europe has a large backorder right now and are just waiting on units in transit. Unfortunately I only have visibility into the www.logitechsqueezebox.com store. I would encourage everyone to try and be patient as frustrating as it is. If anyone in Europe has a friend in the US you can order on our us site and have them send it to you. Not the best solution but it is an option.
