I hate to just jump in here... but if its only the previous hour of the current set that's unavailable... how about setting for 0800 then you should be able to select 06 as the hour (then 0700 would be unavailable). I see that its already fixed in the r7847, but until it comes out, this should work (if you hadn't thought of it already)
