To see if it is local wireless network quality - run network test under Settings/Advanced/Network test. Rotating the scroll wheel changes the speed being tested.
During beta WMA decoding had some problem and so the issue might be the audio format - in which case it would be worth trying some internet radio streams to see if stuttering occurs on all or just some. What is the source of the audio stream - PC or internet radio ?
