I used email support a couple months ago when one of my players
couldn't login to mysb.com, and it was resolved within 48 hours,
including a total of 4 emails (2 from me and 2 from Logitech).

Double-check your spam filter to make sure that the response is getting
caught in there. It's unlikely since you did receive the automated
response, but it's always the first thing you should check.
