Many beta testers complained about the need for an internet connection and a
working MySB.com server in order to set up a Radio/Touch player.
Okay, so Radio is being marketted as an internet radio player, so the need for
an internet connection may be less of a concern than for Touch, but even so, it
shouldn't be necessary to have a MySB.com account to access most internet radio
streams.

I also think that there's no way to change MySB.com account, other than a
factory reset of the Radio and going through setup again.
Did it download a new firmware when you initially connected it? Do you know
what version you have? Depending on the fw version, the device could be
accessing a different server for MySB.com (i.e. using a test server).

Otherwise it could be that MySB.com was down for a while.

>- Can't access 'Internet Radio'
Sounds like it hasn't got a MySB.com account registration after all. If you
navigate to Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics, you can tell if you have a
mysqueezebox.com registration, and you can find the IP address of the MySB.com
server.

You can also try Settings > Advanced > Networking, and see if you have an
option to "switch to Mysqueezebox.com".

>- Can't access 'My Music'
Maybe it can't find your network. Are you using Wireless?
Setup doesn't care about local music. The first time you try to use "My Music"
it will search for a local music source to connect to.

>- Can't access 'Favorites'
Favorites depends on what music source you are connected to. Of course, you
are never quite sure what source you are connected to (and it sounds like you
aren't connected to any). i.e. if you were on MySB.com, you would have
MySB.com favorites (and initially there wouldn't be any). If you had connected
to a local source, you would have your SBS favorites.

I've noticed this recently too. Something wrong with internet radio
information display. Alternatively, sometimes I just get a URN for the radio
station (on classic players).

That explains why you can't access "My Music". My Music means Squeezebox
Server (i.e. the server software). Confusing isn't it, because in your case,
you probably consider Mysqueezebox.com to be "My Music".

I'm sure you can eventually get what you need from the device - it is good and
worth keeping. However, the setup and access isn't as easy to understand as
previous devices (in my opinion, it's got more complicated).
