What version of SBS ? Are connected direct to your QNAP or to mysqb.com. There are mysqb.com issues today for user of the Frankfurt datacentre.
What menu are you using to get the BBC ? MyApps/BBC, Radiofeeds, BBCiPlayer ? other ?
