To go to the next screen, you press the big round knob in the middle of the Radio front panel. This knob is the same one that you turn to choose menu items.
Once you enter in a network name or password, you press the big round knob. It works like the Enter key on a keyboard. Are you saying that you've tried this but nothing happens? If so, you might need to unplug the AC cord and plug it back in. That should work. If not, you can perform a Factory Reset by following these steps: 1) unplug the AC cord from the rear of the Radio, 2)hold down the + key on the front panel, 3) plug in the AC cord into the rear, and 4) release the + key when Factory Settings Restored screen appears. One of those should do the trick. Please post back here with your findings.
