Regarding how to reproduce it, I was able to get it to happen within, on average, about 5 minutes, by changing stations. It seem to happen much quicker after a reboot, sometimes the second or third station I would select. On casual listening, it would occur about once a day. It would even happen when I selected an mp3 from my streambox server. The problem would occur while trying to start the stream.
