I am having the same problem. The radio shows it is playing but no matter what I do, I get no volume. Turned on and off, updated firmware, tried different sources, etc. But to no avail. This is not the first problem I've had with the squeezebox radio and I've only had it a few weeks. Needless to say, I'm regretting my decision to buy one and if the volume problem doesn't resolve itself tonight, it is going back. Incredible to me that the SB Radio would be released with so many problems.
