Actually, I've now had my bedside Radio for about 2 months now, and I can pretty much always find the buttons I need by touch, even in the middle of the night. I understand that the backlit buttons are pretty expensive, so I appreciate not having to pay the extra price for them. They do look purty on the Boom, though...
